Free exercises plans online, are already designed and what is given there, you have to do it. But sometimes some of the exercises can not be performed, because you don't have necessary gym machine. Is there any website, which shows which exercises are equivalents, and in case, I cannot do, for example, preacher biceps curl, because I don't have necessary station, what substitute exercise can I do instead.

there is a left hand menu, and all the exercises are listed by equipment used or by body part they target. Just go to the body part you need, scrawl through them, and choose the substitute.

Do you know that you are supposed to change exercises once in two months anyway, because your body gets used to them?
