  1. sorry about that

    Bu you have no case.

  2. You cannot sue your father for being a coward.  Your mother should have went after him previously for child support.  Sorry

  3. good luck is all i can say on that. you are 21 and you should have done something about it earlier in life i personally do not think you have a case at all

  4. It is POSSIBLE to sue for back child support, but there are a myriad of complications to get through. You still live in Korea right? First you would need to check the laws there and see if they help international child support. If not, then you may have to come to the US to pursue the case. In either case, it will take a lot of time, and possibly money for you to get a verdict. And even if they award you and your mother back child support, there is no guarantee you will get it.

In my opinion, it is not worth it. If you are doing it for monetary gain, then it is a BIG chance you are taking, I understand you are upset and feel abandoned, but putting yourself through a legal battle that may not even come to fruition will not make you feel better. It may actually make you feel worse, if your birth father rejects you. And always remember there are three sides to every story...your mom's, your dad's, and the truth's.... Maybe you should contact your father and get his side of the story before you jump to any conclusions or start a costly legal battle.
