How to supe up a 3.8 V6 mercury Corger

This is my first car and ive had it for a while and i was looking to add some extra power its all stock and i kinda dont want to do to much to the engine

  1. =get yourself a K & N air filter=remove the airr intake snorkle assy from the radiator support to the point where it comes to the body work just below the air filter air box=


  2. synthetic oils.  cold air intake.  exhaust system.

    the twin of this car, the 3.8 thunderbird was available with a supercharger, so you could toss one of those on.

  3. Put on the supercharger setup from the 89-93 Cougar and Thunderbird Supercoupes..

  4. Well one thing you can you is add an exhust. thats a lil boost of HP. another thing is adding an intake. cold air would add some good horsepower to your car and it isnt crazy expensive unless it has to be custom made
