See them as they are. You will start to see that they are just foolish people acting out in foolish ways.

Don't allow yourself to see them as enemies, because then you have limited your options. If you see them as people being idiots, you won't be playing their game.

Try to avoid confrontation, if possible, and they will get tired of giving you c**p when you don't react to it.

NOBODY IS WORTH DOING ANYTHING THAT COULD RUIN THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!!! Keep that in mind when fools are acting like fools.
