How to suscribe to RSS of this blog?

hey pls help me i found a good blog by name http://www.itzrocking.com/ and can you say me how to suscribe to this RSS .. i am unable to do it ... pls see and help..

No I will not go to the blog.. no..

If you see the icons.. RSS or XML click onto it.. this will take you directly to the RSS Feed of this blog..

Then you must chose a reader service.. I use MY YAHOO.. and it will basically take care of it for you.. that is all you need do.
