I have a child that is now 15 yr. and she has been split between both me and the courts since 1992 but since then the father has taken over inregards of the system our daughter was granted to me and the father was indefinite per change of custody and order would be tured over to me for cause of viloation of visitations since then he has not complied for her to be with me to present any reccomdations
