How to switch PS Network user ID?

Question

I just had my PS3 reformatted because I was trying to fix something. Everything went well and I was able to save my game data with USB drive. The thing is, my PSN ID was changed (I have 2 which I don't use at the same time) and when I had my PS3 restored and trying to play COD4 online, my other username appeared and I am back on Level 1. How can I go back to my other user ID? I don't see any options under PSNetwork.

Try calling customer support and telling them about your situation they should be able to provide some assistance
