How to switch a HD Tv into a Standard Tv ?

Hi I have a Xbox 360 and I recently just downloaded the game "Hitman Blood Money" and It's a PAL game and I have a NTSC (and I know how to switch it to PAL) but what I don't know is how to switch my HD tv into a Standard Tv. I look on how to set the settings to PAL and it says some Tv need to be switch to Standard Tv.

My Tv is a Flat Screen (big version like the Tv with hump at the back) Toshiba

TVs can't be switched. They automatically detect the input resolution and scale to fit the native TV resolution.

Whatever you do, it has to be done on the xbox360

The problem is that even if you switch the Xbox to Pal, you probably can't switch the TV to PAL (SD or HD)

What you need is the xbox to read/play pal but output in NTSC (say 480p).
