How to tackle with HTML/Phishing.gen?

My NOD32 detects that I have HTML/Phishing.gen trojan in my Outlook, which is known as Trojan-Spy.HTML.Bayfraud.hn in some other anti-virus software. But NOD32 do nothing for the virus! What can I do to remove the virus?

Use nod32 as a scout to locate the directory of the file, go there and delete it manually.
