How to take care of a Paying guest

I have a Paying guest coming to stay with me in a few days. How do I need to take care of them or what all do I need to do for them. Need some pointers.

You are a landlord.  I am a landlord.  We rent out real estate and take in money.  It's treated by us and by the law as a business.  You give them keys and they give you money.  It couldn't be easier.  Fix any problems they have and give them a nice place to live. /
