  1. She better find a way to pay it. When she used a crdit card of someone that is no longer living she commited fraud.

  2. Call the store, and tell them she's

    having financial difficulties.  Explain

that the debt will be paid.  She

    needs a payment plan.

Pay the store what she can

    every month or two weeks.

  3. she should cut the card in four pieces and take photostate of the same. and send it to the concern bank.

also she should should note use that card. it is fraud.

    tulsi

  4. sorry but this doesn't sound like your problem....don't you have enough of your own concerns?? you don't need to take on other people's problems..that is my advice to you

  5. She needs to get legal advice, she probably wont be responsible for it if she has mental health problems, tell her to go the the C.A.B. or similar.

  6. She is not financially responsible. Just call the credit card company and have the account "statused" as deceased. They will close the account and if the deceased man has no estate, the bank will charge it off. Whatever the bank tried to tell her, don't pay!! They are collectors and make a commission on payments. Don't tell them anything, but the fact that he is no longer living and they will close his accounts.
