How to take control back of my screensavers?

my computer was updated and now I have no control of my screen savers. the time that I want the screen saver to activate is grayed out, and it will not let me select any of the other screen savers. what can be done.

  1. Are you on a home or work computer? Some worksites eliminate the option to change screensavers, wallpaper, etc.
