How to take edited pictures apart ?

like an edited picture and take it apart to see what steps they did to edit the picture.

No way that I know of.  While the image is being worked on, you can check the history.  Once it has been saved, it's all pretty much set in place.  See if you can ask whoever did the photoshopping how they did it.  Or visit tutorial sites and see similar works.
