How to take flax seed oil supplements?

i've started taking a flax seed oil capsule, it says to take one 1,000mg pill three times a day. i've only been taking one once a day. are there any reasons why i should/should not take all three at once?

For most people, 3,000 mg of oil at one sitting will cause them indigestion. However, it won't harm you if you want to try it. Flax oil doesn't give immediate results that can be measured on a daily basis, and there is no logical reason to spread them out through the day.
