How to take music from a video clip to burn it do a CD?

Question

Ok, So I recorded myself playing the flute for a school test using a camcorder. I would like to be able to take the audio portion and put it on a CD to turn in. I cannot figure out how to do this however. I have Adobe Premiere Elements 4.0 and would appreciate ANY help regarding this!!!

EXTRACT Audio from Media files:

1. Use AoA Audio Extractor (freeware) to xtract  or

2. Edit using Video Editing app, save as audio

Burn to a cd or dvd
