How to take notes?

i need your advice.

and im not talking about notes in class.

im talking about my training notes. i train (eg in the gym) and i need help on how to write down all of my training really clearly and so that it is well organised..

for example squats, 20kg, 20x3 or something but i need some better way than to just write it like that.

any ideas?

  1. I understand what you are looking for, but it;s not how to take notes. It is a coach who will coach on note taking.

  2. i write down my training too but i write it down really basically e.g.

    (im a runner + field hockey player)

    id write downt the day date and time (time is important) and basically what i did e.g. 6miles + 20min stretches and speed drills + sprints.
