How to take of a threaded bolt?

My bmx bikes cranks have the bolts tightened in as hard as they can go now there threaded so I can't get them of. My chain is draging alond my back wheel and when i freewheel backwards it pulls the wheel

most crank theads are reverse theads try taking them off that way

Just drill it out.

Apply heat to the bolt with something like a mini torch, and this will loosen the bolt and allow you to unscrew it.
