How to take off touch sensitivity in cubase SX3 ?

I have a usb midi keyboard, and have just started using Cubase SX3 and i was wondering how to take off the touch sensitivity so that the notes i play on my keyboard would be played at the same level everytime, i did it in fruity loops but cant figure it out with cubase, any help is appreciated, Thanks.
