  1. The answer of the first answerer is correct, but here's mine:

    1. Merhaba = Mer-ha-báá

    2. Güle güle (would literally translate as ''while laughing, laughing'')

    Görüşürüz = We'll meet (again).

    Hoşçakal(ın) = literally ''stay pleasant/good''

A lot of people also say ''Hadi bye bye''.

    3. Siz Turkçe biliyormusunuz? Siz Turkçe konusuyormusunuz?

Seni Turkçe biliyormusun? Sen Turkçe konusuyormusun?

*Siz is the polite form, but it's also plural.

    Sen would be non-polite.

    4. Ben biraz Turkçe biliyorum/konusuyorum.

*bilmek = to know, konuşmak = to speak

    5. Benim adım ...

    Benim ismim ...

*Isim and ad both mean name.

Benim means ''my'', and in other cases ''mine''.

The pronunciation is very hard to explain, since English doesn't know these letters.

  2. 1. Merhaba = Mer-ha-bah

    2. If they leave you "Güle güle" = gu-le x2, if you leave them and in general "hoşçakalın" = hosh-cha-ka-lin

    3. Siz türkçe mi konuşuyorsunuz? = Siz Turkche mi ko-nu-shu-yor-su-nuz?

    4. Ben biraz Türkçe biliyorum - Ben bir-az Turkche bi-li-yor-um.

    5. Benim adım - Benim a-dim....

    some other useful words

ben sizin komşunuzum = ben sizin kom-shu-nu-zum   - Ä° am your neighbour.

tanışabilir miyiz - ta-ni-sha-bi-lir mi-yiz. - can we get acquainted?

    isminizi sorabilir miyim? - is-mi-ni-zi so-ra-bi-lir mi-yim? - what is your name?

    * "u" in turkish is always pronounced like "oo" in the "foot" but a bit shorter.

"i" is always pronounced like "i" in the "ink"

"y" is always pronounced like "y" in the "yolk"

    "ch" is like in "chalk"

** all translations I gave here are formal speech.
