  1. maybe you should show her the list so she can see for herself. And...make sure you tell her when she's not exhibiting signs of PMS!

  2. Never tell a female you think she's having PMS. Not a very good idea.

  3. Hello.

Just about every woman experiences some form of PMS, so she is probably experiencing it, too.  Is there a specific reason why you want to talk to her about it?  If you are concerned with her irritability, it would probably be best to talk to her about it after her period.  As you might already know, a lot of women absolutely hate being "accused" or "confronted" of/about PMS.  It's best to discuss the issue gingerly and be tactful.  Say something like, "Do you feel okay today?" or "You seem uncomfortable/upset; do you want to talk about something?"

PMS is really not a life threatening thing for the most part.  Some women go really extreme, but for the general female population, it's just a period of discomfort that will pass with the period.  If she's really having a problem dealing with PMS, then she should consult her doctor about it.

  4. dont ull only embarrass her or she could snap as u say

i wont bring it up but just be kind to her and try to be nice
