How to tape TV shows?

Question

So tomorrow is the season 2 Heroes marathon.. and I really want to tape it all!

I have:

- Hitachi DVD/VCR (It says Combo DV-PF73U) which is compatible with CD-R and CD-RW

- Sony Hi-Fi stereo

How do I record Heroes?

Most VCRs allow you to do a time recording, where you specify channels, recording start and end.

Do a test first and if that works, plan for the day.

Plan for no more than 4 episodes per tape (LP).

I don't think your Hitachi DV-PF73U DVD/VCR Combo can record, 'coz it is only a VHS player, and a CD/VCD/DVD player.

Just make connections using audio/video rca cables from audio outputs(left and right channels), and video output, to the audio inputs, and video input of any VCR/VCP(with line recording), or a DVD recorder decks.
