well to lay down what you do is tie a rope to his left ankle, and bring the rope under his belly over his back and on to his left side, tug on the rope a little till his foot is bent, like ur picking his hoof. pull on the rope, and put a little pressure on his back. if he attempts it then give him a treat. dont do it to much tho.

you can't really make a horse sit or lay down, that puts a lot of preasure on their legs and lungs.

well that's really bad for your horses legs and circlatory system, but if you want to teach your horse to do things try baiting her with starlight mints they usually LOVE THOSE and would do about anything for one
