Question:

How to teach myse;f high school math?

Well its a long story but i go to a really bad high school and i dont really have any choices. I really want to become educated, I want to be an Organic Chemist, But i am probibly the worst person at math that any of you know above 16 years old. I am really looking for something online some way i can teach my self high school math from Algebra to calculus. Any help is appreciated,

  2. Microsoft Math has been rated by users as 4.5 out of 5 stars.  You may want to give it a try.  Here is a description from Microsoft:

    "Microsoft Math features a large collection of tools, tutorials and instructions designed to help students tackle math and science problems quickly and easily. Students will learn how to solve equations, step-by-step, while gaining a better understanding of fundamental concepts in pre-algebra, algebra, trigonometry, physics, chemistry and calculus."

    The last two are pages that list links with a summary, and between the three you should be able to find something to increase your skills.  

    However, I would suggest going to a local community college and take a few beginning math courses there, so you get credit for them, which will help on your college applications.  Most have a few high school classes as well.  The downside is you will have to pay for them and they may not be scheduled for a time you are free.
