How to teach phonics to a child with hearing impairment?

the child is in kindergarten and I would like to know some drills that will be useful in teaching

  1. move ur lips more, and write it down using the montesorri method (sounding it out)

  3. I was a speech clinic teacher in an oral school for the deaf here in my country and we use the northampton chart in teaching phonics to hearing impaired children.  You can go to http://donpotter.net/PDF/Blend%20Phonics...

    Also we use tadoma method to make the child distinguish the sounds of the letters.
