How to teach volt tackle to jolteon? in pokemon diamond?

i realy need to know if volt tackle can be taught to jolteon. if any one has a clue of how to do this then i will reward them with the best answer. and the answer can not be by action replay or hacking.

-Jolteon can't learn VoltTackle unfortunately.

-But if you do want it Pikachu Pich and Raichu can learn it

-To get it, you need at breed a Female Pikachu holding the item Light Ball with a compatible Pokemon and the hatched Pichu will have the Move.

only Pichu and Pikachu can.

The only pokemon that learns volt tackle so far is pikachu.
