How do I tell if my Lepared gecko is a boy or girl?

look between the legs and see what it is

If they are mature enough to determine visually, the male will have two hemipene bulges right where his tail begins, just past the vent.  He will also have a "V" shaped row of shiny pores on his tummy, near the vent.

The female will lack the bulges near the cloaca vent, but can have a row of pores.  These however, will be dull and not pronounced, as they are in a male.

A male will have 2 balls between the leg where the female will just have a slit

Check for an accent and peek betwee the hind legs.
