How to tell if a guinea pig i pregnent i need an answer urgently?

i have 2 guinea pigs and one is realy fat on both sides how do i tell if it is pregnent ??

That's the only way you can tell.

She may eat or drink a little more, but generally their sides get bigger until they resemble a pear from the back.

They're pregnant for 65 days so you can work out the likelyhood of her being pregnant from that.

Towards the end- two/three weeks before birth- you can GENTLY feel the babies inside her belly and even count them, but this is gentle and not twards the end.

I had the same question, if you can feel a little hard spot on her sides that is more than likely it's a baby, she will drink A LOT of water and will hog the food bowl too, well at least that's what My girl did.

She is most likely pregnant.

First of all, you need to remove the male from the female's cage. Females go into heat again very shortly after giving birth so you need to remove him now so that she doesn't have to bear two pregnancies in a row. It's very hard on them.

You can tell if she is pregnant by a pear-shaped body, but you should confirm this with a vet appointment. You need to have a vet lined up anyway in case of complications.
