Question:

How to tell if a poster a original or a reprint

I just bought a Twilight movie poster and it said it was a reprint, but I think it may be a original because it is double sided, printed on good paper, and has the Summit Entertainment logo. I didn't think you would reprint a logo. One of the other people who bought it sounded like it was only one sided and the description didn't say if its double sided or not.

  1. A reprint is just that. It is printed from the same file as the original, and will look identical, including the logo. If the original is double sided, the reprint will be too. Otherwise it is a separate version. Those available to the public now are almost certainly all reprints. It will probably be hard to tell for sure, unless there is a code somewhere on the poster designating what run it came from. It doesn't really matter. There will be far too many Twilight posters produced for them to ever be particularly valuable, at least in your lifetime. Just enjoy it.
