How to tell if its a date, without directly asking?

Im going to see a movie with a girl tomorrow, and I'm not sure if its a date, how do I tell? I know i could ask, but i was wondering if there we're any other solutions, she said she didn't have a boyfriend, thanks for all answers

theres nothing wrong with a bit of light flirting....u could quite easily turn it into a date if shes up for it!!!

and remember if this is ur first time out with her then dont really expect the 'date' 2 end in a kiss relationships need time 2 grow

It is a "date"..

I am a lot older than you.. and experienced and this does not make me right,, but listen and check other answers.. and you will know for sure.

First to admire you taking the time to give this thought,

THAT  is nice, while you made an arrangement to go to

a movie, well if you went with a male friend you would not consider it a date, and probably would be offended if someone said as a joke, unless you were g*y.

You must like this girl, my guess is you do, so just treat it as it were a first date,,and if she is interested you will know.. after all, she thinks enough of you to go to a movie with, so she likes your company.

Dont allow yourself to be used, not that i am thinking this, but if she is unsure in her own life, and not really attracted to you romantically, it would be easier for her to just respond as a casual friend, and even act surprised if you took it to the next step, a kiss or something..so you decide what it is..

After your first,  (date, or hangout thing), SHE WILL SHOW YOU BY THE WAY SHE LOOKS AND SPEAKS  to you.. but the best thing either way is to take it real casual, enjoy it real casual, and clearly define what is going on inside you about her, and there it is,  have fun keep it simple

well go to the movies.. and see what she does or how she acts.. for example.. asks alot of questions about you and whatever.. stuff she wouldnt do normally..i dunnnooo.. look for easy give aways like that.. also if she gets really close to ya at the movies.. thats a good sign it is.. IF your looking to date her put the middle thing up! haha.. good luckkk
