How to tell if my 1933 Goudey Gum card is real?

can some tell how to tell if my Napoleon Lajoie from the 1933 collection is real and if its value is true

I bought a Babe Ruth Goudey #53 around 16 years ago.

Obviously, now I'm concerned it is a counterfeit. It is not glossy on cover. The green ink on back is not made of dots/screen....

Question: When did all these cards get into the marketplace? What year? Anyone know?

 the original goudey reprints are made with the apoligy letter on the back $7500.00 was placed on the back of each card there  are more than a several of fakes printed in  yellow and red the originall reprints are visually the same but the background of the bold coloring is green  also the color at the bottom also green confirmed research
