There's a very tall tree (about 100 feet) on township property next to my house. It looks fairly old and I'm fearful that it may come down if the winds are strong enough. What approvals do I need to have this tree cut down?

  1. its not your tree so deal with it and don't go picking fights

  2. Check with the township to see if they will remove it. If not ask them what approval is need to remove the tree. If the tree is close to power line and looks like it will fall on the power line call your electric company and they will most likely come and take the tree down to protect the power lines.
