  1. You just tell her.  You've got to be honest with your therapist about everything and like you said this is important for them to know.

  2. you could explain that you werent consuming the required daily amount of food for a while (tell her exactly how long) and mention that your period stopped for a few months. then say that you're back to your normal routine and your period has started again :)

  3. just tell her

its imporant as changes may need to be made etc...

    its for your own good.

  4. At your next appointment, I'm assuming the doctor will ask how you're doing, and you simply say that you've started menstruating again.  It's not that hard.

Good for you...your recovery is well underway!

  5. r u nervous about telling her?  or you just don't know how to get in contact w her?

if you're nervous u have nothing to worry about... your period is a good thing and means you are making progress.  you are healthy now and that is why your period is back.  you prob stopped getting your period bc your body was so unhealthy.

    so, congrats on your progress!!!!

if you were just wondering how to get in contact w her.... look her up online or in the phonebook and leave a message.  leave your name and just say, "hi 'therapist's name', this is 'your name'.. i wanted to tell you something. can you please call me back?"

or if someone answers and asks to take a message, just give them your name.  they will prob ask if it is anything in particular.  just tell her, "no.. everything is ok, i just need to tell her something."

    good luck

    all the best :)

  6. Just say, "So, my Aunt Flow has started her monthly visit again"

    Congrats on your recovery.

  7. That is good news. Why not just say it just the moment after you say hello when you meet the therapist and get over with the burden of thinking how to ? There is nothing wrong about it. All normal women either have it or once had it so nothing abnormal. That is something to celebrate. Welcome back to womanhood.

  8. just tell her
