How to tell the difference between Sativa and indica?

like physically have the buds in your hand, how can you tell which is sativa and which is indica, and how to tell the difference between a hybrid. AND ONE last thing, regs would be indica and, the ones like crip/bubba kush are sativa?

Indica is a downer bud. The indicas are what make people want to relax and give you the most munchies. Sativas are the "go to work" buds. You are capable of doing things, its like the sativa wakes you up and allows you to keep moving. Regs can be either or, Indica and Sativa are simply the class of weed. Indicas hold more THC. The sativa holds more CBM and CBD. The THC puts you on you a$$, and the CBM/CBD are what wake you up or give you the "uppidy" feeling. I believe Kush is its own strand. Besides all the crossed pollination from an indica with a kush, kush falls under its own category.

From what Ive learned Kush is the mind high, Indica is the lazy body high (not like shwag), and Sativa is the mind high as well but in a different fashion than Kush.

For the physical look, Im not too sure. I mean usually your indicas are the darker buds and the small water leaves will grow down and in towards the bud. Sativas are usually a bit fluffier and the leaves grow out and away form the bud. Kush looks real spikey, sometimes compressed into sugar lump looking buds.
