How to tell the difference between a male and female molly?

Question

can anyone give me clear pictures i have one baby molly and i need to tell if its a boy or girl um its almost three months old so i do think its big enough to tell its age if he'll stop darting around when he swims :/ hahah and is he a mixed molly because he is orange with black dots isn't that different than the normal my friend that gave him to me had dalmation and white and gold mollies so yeah thanks
