How to tell the goverment that i am not living in my mothers house?

my mom claims me on her food stamps when i turn 18 i am moving out and i don't want my mother claiming me on them anymore i don't know who her case worker is so how do i tell them that i want off her food stamps

I would simply call the wefare office, say who you are and who your mother is, and tell them that you have moved out. But don't do it until you really have moved!

or they will charge her with food stamp fraud and she can go to jail and will not be able to receive food stamps for 5 years

Food stamps doesnt sound like the problem. What is it about your Mother you dont like? Didnt she carry you for 9 months, feed you, clothed you for 18 years. Dont be dumb. Moving out? youll see what the real world is like!
