How to tell when your to slim/skinny?

  1. when your ribcage starts to show through, and your legs are skinny as sticks. and if you have like no body fat. its ok to be slim if you are toned and at least have some muscle, but if you have no meat on your bones, then you know you have gone too far with trying to be skinny. eat properly, exercise, and when you feel comfortable with your body and other people say you look good, you should believe them. never try to get too skinny just for the look.  


  2. Your skinny when you feel comfortable with your own body. Don't obsess over either of those . just make sure your healthy first. Never do anything crazy for an ideal look. There is always a healthy way to get to an "ideal" weight.

  3. Well it depends. A lot of people with bad body image will think they are fat no matter how thin they really are. So I would go by your weight and BMI, what does it tell you?
