How to throw Rave party for a 16 year old?

one of my best friends is turning 16

She's a major rave girl.

She's having financial problems but wants this to be the party that everyone remembers

She wants it to be like rave.

are there any places around the dallas area that are affordable

or any way we could make this happen for her?

Now would be the time to teach financial responsibility.  We all can't have a super sweet 16.  Those shows are throwing parents into bankruptcy.

Do either of you have a large spacious garage or basement?

You could make a "club" or rave type thing...just make sure it's a dark enough/large enough room, and set up cool strobe lights and give everyone glow sticks, and see about getting a local DJ to spin, or if you have good speakers, create a cool playlist of music for people to dance to.
