How to throw a 12-6 curveball without snapping your wrist or arm?

i throw a curveball but its technically a slurve cuz it has a early break. i also throw a slider. both those pitches i dont snap my wrist or my arm

  1. Do it like i do (like Barry Zito does it)

    have the ball with the seams making a U (could be upside down, doesnt matter) and have you middle and index finger on the out side of the ball beyond the seams. then have thumb under the seam diagonal to your 2 fingers, throw it over the top, like a hammer, and dont flick your fingers when you release it, you could hang it if you do...

  3. 12-6 curve is a myth. for a 12-6 break your arm would have to come straight over the top.
