How to throw a football far.?

How do i throw a football far like where do i put my hands.. behind my ears or away from my shoulder? where? thanxx <3

I like to throw the ball at a three quarters angle. Um, maybe grip the ball with four fingers on the lace and thumb near the bottom.  Then, the most important part in my opinion, is if you&#039;re right handed, push off your right foot so that the toes on your right foot are keeping you up and then when your left foot comes down push down hard with your whole foot.  Release the ball as hard as you can without injuring yourself.
