How to tie a rope-net?

Question

I'd like to make a net from ropes for kids to play on.

I don't mean a rope ladder (for which it's easy to find instructions online), but a square net (in the shape of #).

Which knots should I use? (especially for the horizontal ropes)

According to the article below a variation on a sheeps bend is the main knot.

There's a really good book by Des Pawson called "Handbook of Knots - Expanded Edition" about making knots, nets, etc.

On page 130, he shows how to make a cargo net (the type you're looking for).  It can support heavy load from any direction!
