  1. not sure what you mean by title reference.  If you just mean, have the contents of one cell show up in another cell just enter =(cell)

    so if  you have 100 in cell A1

    in cell B2 enter

    =A1

    whatever is in cell A1 will now show up in B2


  2. The value of, say, C6 is ... C6.  So, if in cell G9, you wanted to add the value in C6 and 5, you'd put (in G9) =SUM(C6,5)
