How to tone ur legs?

i have no prob with getting my upper body in shape but what about my legs? is there any excercise that just works the legs?... mostly the inner thighs? any tricks? when ever i gain any weight it all goes to my legs which iis really hard to tone out... any help

  2. s***w bowflex. you don't need that kind of money. simple tasks will do.

    Suggestions:

    1) Squats

    2) Leg Lifts: Walk with your shins parallel to the ground, 90 degree angle from quads to calves.

    3) Not all toning involves strength. Think about working on flexibility too. Butterfly stretches really help the inner thighs.

    Try doing sets of 10, or enough times in a minute. 1-3 times a day->you're already on your way in a week.
