Its 450 but you'll need to make sure you have registered a card with them already otherwise you won't be able to do it. If all the options are confusing, 1 for this...2 for that etc then just work towards one that connects you to a real person and explain what you are wanting to do and they'll be able to connect you to the right department. Orange in the past, for me at least, have always been good with things like this

I think it is 452 or 453 off your orange phone but check on the website cos it has been years since i had an orange pay as you go phone.
