  1. A thirteen year old boxer should train his cardio by running punching with weights in his hands (for explosiveness, power and speed) and focus on the basics such as a good stance, using the jab and combinations.

  2. First off, get out and do Roadwork! That's running 2-3 miles, 3-4 times a week. Second, u need to get a speed jump rope and do that 3-4 times a week. Jumping rope is great for stamina and foot work. I wouldn't be concerned about weight lifting right now at your age. Just get in push-ups and sit-ups 3 times a week.

  3. you need a good trainer and promoter or you will never get nowhere

  4. Spar with someone so you get used to getting hit. Work on your cardio, then work on your cardio some more.
