Well iw ant to train for MMA but also wnat to get bigger and more muscular to have an impressive physique. Like along the lines of Frank Castle in "The Punisher", or Bruce Wayne in "Batman Begins" or maybe Will Smith in "I am Legend". So maybe 30 pounds as I am 155. So basically I want to be buff for an impressive physique but also have strength and awesome cardio. Enough cardio to go three intense 5 minute rounds. Like I said I want to fight MMA style amateur. If I have to choose than I just want punching and kicking power and a big muscular physique. As I am more interested in looking good and being strong with good cardio than having technical skills to fight. Should I just focus on getting built and do Muay Thai for cardio and striking power. Should I jujst do strength workouts with more stes of low reps and eat a lot more? With cardio days the same. What is an excellent way to get big , strong and keep anaerobic endurance at once.
