what excersices do you need to do for volleyball? what to eat? how long? HELP!

  1. running helps, bur don't eat any dairy foods before you do. Do a lot of jump blocks, approaches. If you have a volleyball buddy do some peppering with her, the basics like passing setting hitting. a lot of box jumps would be good. jump rope, practice your technique for each subject because they look for that at try outs. Remember, they really look for how well you do it, not if you look like a goof doing it, then you should shake it off. Eat light, stay healthy, and you should be good! :)
