How to train for wrestling season?

i was on junior high wrestling aka modified now im doing varsity witch will be alot harder any ideas ot get in shape i used to wrestle 91lb now that im on varsity im 110 right now needing to get to 103 n have the same wrestlign experiance like when i was wrestling in the season ?

  1. dude lift weights your like 16-17 im guessin and weigh 110 jeezus im 13 and weigh 150 and not fat


  2. do weight training with more reps and less weight

    then do much cardio

  3. do wind sprints. AND WATER DRILLS OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN! and live situations where u start in diferent situations so ur use to it.  

  4. I SEE HIGH SCHOOL KIDS IN THE GYM ALL THE TIME WHO ARE ON THE WRESTLING TEAM. MOST OF THEM WILL SPEND HOURS ON THE TREADMILL AND SIT IN THE SAUNA FOR AN HOUR.
