How to train my lorikeet?

my lorikeet doesn't grow any long feathers to fly, its a mutation and shes wild. i want her to hop on to my finger and even my shoulder. i've tried everything like using a pencil and slowly moving my finger towards her. can anyone help?

we feed the other wild lorikeets and we put her cage close so she can get some friends and maybe a mate. is this a good idea? will this make her get more attached to the others and not to me?

Hand feed it, and make no sudden hand movements.  You could even go so far as to only feed it by hand feeding (taking away the food bowl).  Of course, if it starts to starve, you'll need to put the bowl back.  Gradually hand train it, and socialize it daily (which is more than just saying "Hi birdie" and then walking away).  At least a half an hour should be spent with the bird every day.
