How to transfer music from iTunes onto my Motorola?

I tried exporting library, but it doesn't do anything? I'm guessing I'm not doing it right..help, would you so kindly? It's Motorola V3i.

If you are prepared for it to take a while ( depending on haw many songs you have) if your computer has bluetooth you can send songs to your phone like that
