hello, i have the same phone and it is very easy!

First, if you have the disk install it. After, open it up (on laptop) then click onto manage files. On the laptop open up the folders, from the phone, on the left hand side of the screen to open the pictures. Then highlight the pictures then click the button (at the top) called to pc then it should be on your laptop. You have to have the phone plugged into the laptop.

If you don't have a disk plug the phone to laptop, then open "my computer" then there should be a file that has come up. Click on that and that should be the files of your phone on the laptop. Then just move the picture to the computer.
